Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all customers and services provided by Our Hoster. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. General Refund Policy Overview

  • Domain Registration: Non-Refundable
  • VPS Hosting: Non-Refundable
  • Dedicated Server: Non-Refundable
  • Cloud Hosting: Refundable (Subject to Conditions)

2. Domain Registration Non-Refundable

All domain registrations and renewals are strictly non-refundable. Domain registration is an instant and irreversible process, and once a domain is registered or renewed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.


3. VPS Hosting Non-Refundable

VPS Hosting services are completely non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.


4. Dedicated Server Non-Refundable

Dedicated Server services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Servers are provisioned exclusively for the client, and setup, licensing, and infrastructure costs are applied immediately after order confirmation.


5. Cloud Hosting Refund Policy (Pro-Rata Basis)

5.1 Refund Validity Period

If Cloud Hosting is purchased for one (1) year, this Refund Policy remains valid for the entire one-year service period. Clients may request a refund at any time within the active service period, subject to the conditions outlined below.

5.2 Refund Eligibility (Hosting-Side Issues Only)

A refund will be considered only if the issue is caused by Our Hosters Cloud Hosting infrastructure or service, and our technical support team fails to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Our Hoster will always attempt to fix the issue first. Refunds are provided only as a last resort.

5.3 Client-Side Issues No Refund

Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by the client, including but not limited to:

  • Themes
  • Plugins
  • Scripts or custom code
  • Uploaded files
  • CMS or applications (WordPress, Laravel, or other software)
  • Misconfiguration or misuse
  • Malware, viruses, or security infections

If the hosting service is functioning properly, client-side issues are not eligible for refunds.


6. Pro-Rata Refund Calculation

Approved refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. This means the cost of the used service period will be deducted, and only the unused portion of the hosting service will be refunded.

Pro-rata calculations are determined by Our Hosters billing system based on daily, monthly, or percentage-based usage.


7. Free Domain Offer Refund Adjustment Policy

For Cloud Hosting packages that include a free domain offer, the free domain is provided as a promotional benefit. Once registered, the domain is strictly non-refundable.

When calculating a refund:

  • The regular market price of the free domain will be deducted from the total payment
  • The remaining hosting amount will then be refunded on a pro-rata basis

Refunds apply only to the hosting service and not to the domain.


8. Exclusions

No refunds will be provided for the following:

  • Domains, licenses, or setup fees
  • Third-party services or add-ons
  • Payment gateway fees, taxes, or bank charges
  • Service suspension due to policy violations, abuse, or illegal activities

9. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the clients account and termination of future service eligibility with Our Hoster.


10. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing time starts after the refund request has been approved, not from the date the request was submitted.

10.1 SSLCommerz Payments

For payments made via SSLCommerz (cards or online banking), refunds will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending on the payment gateway and issuing bank.

10.2 bKash / Rocket / Bank Payments

For payments made via bKash, Rocket, or Our Hosters official bank account, refunds will be processed within two (2) to three (3) business days.

Public holidays, banking delays, or incorrect payment details may affect refund processing time.


11. Final Authority

All refund-related decisions are subject to the final approval of Our Hosters technical team and management.


12. Policy Updates

Our Hoster reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
